What is your current spec and glyph set-up? Can you please provide some insight into why you chose the spec you did and how it enhances your game play and can benefit our raid?	Currently the cookie cutter spec arcane 57/3/11. Molen armor and Arcane Missle glyph for increased crit, as well as the AB glyph for increased damage with this spell. I blow stuff up.

Can you consistently make our raid times of 10pm-1am (Pacific Time)?	Perfect times for me. I work 2nd shift and usually arrive home after work around 11:30 - 11:45 pm CST. I usually do the random daily before work and if i'm raiding that night, I stock up on what I need beforehand so I am ready to go as soon as I get home.
What is your previous raiding experience?	Naxx, Ulduar, Toc, ToGC, and ICC up to Festergut. 10 and 25 man. I healed on my priest in Naxx and Ulduar which will explain why I don't have the achievements on this toon.
Can you manage to: get out of void zones, avoid flame waves, maneuver around green clouds, and other such tools of destruction... On your own?	Yes, I have a big screen and can good connection lol.
What will you bring to this guild?	A drama free, laid back kind of attitude that is very loyal and dedicated to progress
What are you looking for in a guild?	Same as above. I love to joke and have fun but at the same time I am willing to do whatever it takes to achieve progress. (i.e. respec, sit for a raid if need be, etc)
What are you looking to avoid in a guild?	Drama and cliques. I know every guild is going to have its core members and people that have been there from the git go, but at the same time I think that everyone should feel like they are part of the group, a family so to speak.
Do you have ventrilo installed, as well as a working mic?	Affirmative
Do you have a working computer that allows you to stay connected during raids?	I've only been disconnected during a storm when the power went out. I also have a back up wireless modem if my lan line connection should ever fail.
Will you be bringing any alts in? If so, who?	I have my priest dual spec'd holy / disc. He however is collecting dust on the shelf and hasn't raided since Ulduar.
How did you hear about STD, what prompted you to apply?	Did a search for Late Nite on the WoW forums and found your raid times to be perfect for me. I will be able to make everyone.
Give us some background on yourself and some of your non-WoW interests.	I am 34, married and have a 4 yr old son. I live in Dallas, TX (Go Cowboys!!) My wife actually got me in to the game a couple of years ago and still plays as well (not on the same schedule of course). In my other spare time I shoot pool, hit the bar with my friends, enjoy movies and football. I have a plethora of alts I mess around with when I am in game but not raiding. On my days off I spend most of my time with my son. He will start pre-k this year and I won't see him as much.
